Wow! What amazing service and fantastic communication. Had some damaged tiles replaced and they were able to source some to match 50+ year old roof. Cleaned out blocked gutters and fixed loose downpipe. Mason even repaired my TV antenna which I didn't realise had come loose. Very reasonable price for Top Job. Highly recommend!

We booked Mason to fix the gutter of our pergola and added a drainage point that required cutting the concrete slab early this month.

Mason is very easy to communicate with. Before the work commenced, he explained clearly what tasks would be done so that we could estimate the cost accurately.

Great experience getting a badly rusted section of gutter replaced. We were given a full assessment of all the damaged sections, and then various options to repair based on priority and our budget. The job was then fitted in at relatively short notice and all competed within a day. No more dirty rainwater splashing onto our deck every time it rains!

We had Meisam come over to our house to fix a leak on the garage roof. What I liked about him is that he is friendly, honest and gave multiple options and solutions to fix the leak. As i had to get multiple quotes from a few companies, I really liked that when I got the quote from him, he gave a very detailed breakdown of the cost per line item. This transparency gave me more trust and confidence in the quote i was receiving.

Meisam also promptly was able to schedule in the work and was good at communicating when he would be over to start the work in a few weeks. Once work commenced, there were no issues. He also collected all the rubbish/debris once he was done.

We did have a very minor issue with a new gutter that was installed but I was really impressed that he literally came the next night to troubleshoot the problem and fix everything on the spot. It shows he cares about his work and has high standards. Other roofing companies that I have dealt with in the past might send someone out in a few weeks - if you were lucky!

There were also small ad hoc asks from myself about replacing a few older tiles too that he just gladly did the work without any fuss too.

Overall I would highly recommend Meisam. He is someone you can trust and rely on - especially as there are so many dodgy roofing companies out there. I would easily be glad to recommend him to friends and family without a doubt. His quality of work is great!
